PLDC 2011
“Vamos!” a Madrid
Grande successo per il Professional Lighting Design Convention 2011<\/strong>, la manifestazione internazionale dedicata al settore del lighting<\/strong> e organizzata a Madrid dal 19 al 22 ottobre.<\/p>\nDopo gli appuntamenti di Londra e Berlino, l’editore delle rivista PLD<\/strong> in collaborazione con il <\/strong>PLDA<\/strong> (la Federazione internazionale di lighting designers a lighting consultants) e l’<\/strong>APDI<\/strong> (l’Asociación Profesional de Diseñadores de Iluminación), ha scelto la città spagnola per “Vamos!”<\/strong>, l’edizione 2011.<\/p>\nOltre 65 relatori di fama internazionale e giovani professionisti<\/strong> hanno partecipato ai dibattiti e ai convegni. Tra gli altri, l’americano Paul Marantz<\/strong> che ha presentato “Tribute in Light”<\/strong>, un progetto realizzato per onorare le vittime dell’attacco al World Trade Center; l’architetto Hadi Teherani<\/strong> amante della tradizione del Bauhaus; Alexander Rieck<\/strong>, ricercatore del Fraunhofer Institute di Stoccarda; il cosmopolita Philippe Rahm<\/strong> che studia le relazioni tra la luce e il clima; il professore Brain Cody<\/strong> dell’Istituto per le Costruzioni e l’Energia della Graz University of Technology e Alan Dilani<\/strong>, direttore generale dell’Accademia internazionale per la progettazione e la salute, oltre che co-fondatore del “World Health Design journal”.<\/p>\nA cornice dei convegni, la Lighting Exibition<\/strong>: le eccellenze aziendali italiane e internazionali hanno esposto le novità del settore illuminotecnico. Tra i protagonisti, anche la Disano Illuminazione<\/strong> che ha presentato i nuovi progetti realizzati con LED di ultima generazione<\/strong>.
L’azienda italiana, sempre più vicino ai progettisti e agli architetti con le sue innovazioni, è stata tra gli sponsor della manifestazione<\/strong> e ha partecipato attivamente al Conference ‘s programme<\/strong> presentando l’intervento dell’ingegnere Victor Barbero<\/strong>, Direttore degli impianti elettrici e, dal 1995, anche del Dipartimento di Lighting Design della spagnola Iberdrola. L’ing. Barbero ha spiegato il progetto illuminotecnico realizzato per il Real Monasterio di San Lorenzo del Escorial<\/strong>, uno dei capolavori architettonici del XVI secolo e uno degli edifici più importanti del patrimonio artistico spagnolo.
Great success for the Professional Lighting Design Convention 2011<\/strong>, the international event dedicated to the lighting sector<\/strong> and held in Madrid between October 19 and 22.<\/p>\nAfter the events in London and Berlin, the editor of the PLD magazine,<\/strong> in collaboration with the PLDA<\/strong> (the Professional Lighting Designers Association) and its Spanish counterpart APDI<\/strong> (Asociación Profesional de Diseñadores de Iluminación), chose Madrid as the host city of the 2011 edition <\/strong>of “Vamos!”<\/strong>.<\/p>\nOver 65 world famous experts and young professionals<\/strong> took part in debates and conferences. Keynote speakers included the American Paul Marantz<\/strong> who presented “Tribute in Light”<\/strong>, a project created to honour the victims of the World Trade Centre; the architect Hadi Teherani<\/strong> who confirmed his passion for the tradition of Bauhaus; Alexander Rieck<\/strong>, researcher of the Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart; the cosmopolitan Philippe Rahm<\/strong> who studies the relationship between light and climate; professor Brain Cody<\/strong> from the Institute for Buildings and Energy at Graz University of Technology and Alan Dilani<\/strong>, general director of the International Academy for Design and Health, and the co-founder of the World Health Design journal.<\/p>\nThe conferences and debates were held alongside the Lighting Exhibition<\/strong>: the best of Italian and international companies displaying their new trends in the lighting design sector. One of the protagonists was Disano illuminazione<\/strong> which presented its new line of projects incorporating latest generation LEDs<\/strong>.
The Italian company, which is increasingly more responsive to the needs of designers and architects through its new products, was one of the event’s sponsors <\/strong>and played an active role in the Conference’s programme<\/strong> by introducing the intervention held by the engineer Victor Barbero<\/strong>, Director of Electric Installations and, since 1995, Principal of the of the Lighting Design Department at Iberdrola. Barbero explained the lighting design project created for the Real Monasterio in San Lorenzo del Escorial<\/strong>, one of the architectural masterpieces of the 16th century as well as one of the most important buildings of Spain’s artistic heritage.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
