Nonostante il recente sviluppo e la celere diffusione di altri strumenti digitali, l&rsquo;email resta il cuore di tutte le applicazioni online e sembra destinata a rimanervi nel prossimo futuro.<br \/>Stando infatti ai recenti dati presentati dal CMO Council <strong>il 67% dei marketers mondiali ad oggi considera l&rsquo;email lo strumento di maggior successo nell&rsquo;ambito del marketing digitale.<\/strong><br \/>Inoltre le statistiche della Direct Marketing Association (DMA) mostrano come negli Stati Uniti gli open e i clickthrough rates relativi a quest&rsquo;anno siano significativamente superiori rispetto al 2010, come si pu&ograve; chiaramente vedere nella seguente tabella:<\/p>\n<p>Alla luce di questi risultati sembra proprio che l&rsquo;email marketing sia ancora <strong>lo strumento di marketing con il miglior rapporto costi\/benefici<\/strong>. &Egrave; bene quindi ricordarne i principali punti di forza:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #5e6568; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 19px; background-color: #fdfefe;\"><\/p>\n<li>Consente al proprio audience di fruire del messaggio con i propri tempi e modalit&agrave;. Questa libert&agrave; fa s&igrave; che il lettore possa dedicare maggiore attenzione ai contenuti proposti.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Essendo basato su un rapporto diretto con il cliente, garantisce ampi margini di personalizzazione.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Sul medio-lungo termine assicura la fidelizzazione e la possibilit&agrave; di interloquire con soggetti realmente interessati, facilitando perci&ograve; il successo delle call-to-action.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p>In particolare l&rsquo;incremento dei rates, registrato negli ultimi due anni, pu&ograve; essere ricondotto all&rsquo;evoluzione dei programmi per l&rsquo;email marketing, che hanno sempre pi&ugrave; potenziato le possibilit&agrave; per la segmentazione e la personalizzazione delle campagne.<br \/>Ciononostante non si pu&ograve; trascurare la crescita costante di altri mezzi, come i social media o le applicazioni mobile, che offrono sempre pi&ugrave; canali di conversione. Risulta quindi evidente come per le aziende sia fondamentale sviluppare <strong>strategie di marketing multicanale<\/strong>, per massimizzare le proprie performances a livello digitale.<br \/>La competizione sul mercato da qui ai prossimi anni sar&agrave;
