Il dato che maggiormente colpisce &egrave; che, nonostante le ultime tendenze del Marketing e dell&rsquo;Advertising, i Social Media influenzano gli acquisti in misura inferiore all&rsquo;1%.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Forrester Research ha recentemente condotto uno <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forrester.com\/home#\/Less+Than+1+Of+Online+Purchases+Come+From+Social+Channels-\/E-PRE4104\">studio<\/a> sui <strong>Canali Digitali che maggiormente incidono sulle vendite<\/strong>, argomento da anni molto analizzato e spesso dibattuto.<br \/>La ricerca della societ&agrave; americana ha preso in esame 77.000 transazioni online effettuate durante 14 giorni lo scorso aprile. I risultati di tale analisi si sono rivelati piuttosto sorprendenti.<br \/>Il dato che maggiormente colpisce &egrave; che, nonostante le ultime tendenze del Marketing e dell&rsquo;Advertising<strong>, i Social Media influenzano gli acquisti in misura inferiore all&rsquo;1%<\/strong>.<br \/>Questo risultato non implica tuttavia che essi non siano comunque determinanti per la promozione dei prodotti. Il 48% dei consumatori sostiene infatti che i Social Media siano un ottimo strumento per conoscere le ultime tendenze, nuovi brand e rivenditori.<br \/>Occorre quindi tenere a mente che i clienti, sia nuovi che abituali, completano le procedure di acquisto dopo essere entrati in contatto con il prodotto attraverso diversi canali, si pu&ograve; quindi parlare di un&rsquo;<strong>Influenza Multipiattaforma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Vediamo ora quali, secondo i risultati di Forrester, sono gli <strong>strumenti che portano pi&ugrave; facilmente alla conversione<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #5e6568; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 19px; background-color: #fdfefe;\"><\/p>\n<li>Al primo posto si confermano ovviamente i siti di <strong>E-commerce<\/strong>, ossia le <em>direct visits<\/em>.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Seguono poi i <strong>Motori di Ricerca<\/strong> che tuttavia in caso di <strong>clienti nuovi<\/strong> risultano essere molto pi&ugrave; influenti.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Non da meno sono gli acquisti generati dall&rsquo;<strong>Email<\/strong>, che &egrave; invece il principale canale utilizzato dai <strong>clienti consolidati<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p>Stando quindi a quanto emerge dal rapporto alle aziende converrebbe ancora puntare su<strong>Search ed Email Marketing<\/strong>, senza tuttavia trascurare per questo l&rsquo;aspetto social, la cui influenza sembra rivelarsi maggiormente sul medio-lungo termine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delia Peccetti<\/strong> <strong>| <\/strong>Ufficio<strong> Commerciale<\/strong> Bancomail &ndash; Neosoft<br \/>www.bancomail.it<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Email Marketing possiede un grande ascendente sulle decisioni di acquisto.
