“When I first put my eye on PUSH, I thought it was just the perfect tool to add to our tampers catalogue<\/em>”, says Valentina Fonda, Edo Barista’s marketing manager “we met Pete Southern, CEO of Clockwork Espresso and designer of this innovative tamper in march, during the Amsterdam Coffee Festival, and in June during the World of Coffee 2016 in Dublin we reached the agreement I’m happy now to announce’<\/em>.<\/p>\n

There is a free delivery for all EDO’s customers, and it is possible to choose between the amazing colors available: <\/strong>black<\/strong>, <\/strong>blue<\/strong>, <\/strong>green<\/strong> and <\/strong>pink<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PUSH set a new standard of quality, engineering and design:<\/strong>
Base:<\/strong> the 58.50mm base is made from a harder grade of metal than any other tamper we could find and it is layered with a top secret ultra-low friction coating which stops coffee grounds from sticking to it, and reduces wear on the adjustment mechanism.
Handle:<\/strong> it is made from aerospace grade aluminum. All markings are laser-etched, so they will never come off. <\/p>\n

The setup of the tamper PUSH is really easy and can be done in 3 simple staps:<\/strong>
1. To set your PUSH, unlock the screw using the supplied tool, and unwind the handle to raise it to the maximum setting. Weigh out your desired dose of freshly ground coffee into your filter holder basket.
2. While taking care to keep it level, apply pressure to the top of your PUSH, until the coffee grounds are tamped to your desired density.
3. Check the PUSH is still level, and wind the handle in to lower the handle until it makes contact with the filter holder basket. Gently tighten the screw to lock the setting, and brew your espresso.<\/p>\n
