Compuware annuncia i risultati finanziari

Milano, 24 maggio 2010 – Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq:CPWR), multinazionale leader nel mercato software e servizi per la gestione e il funzionamento ottimale delle applicazioni IT, annuncia i risultati finanziari per il quarto trimestre e per l’anno fiscale, che si è chiuso il 31 marzo 2010. • Gli utili per azione per l’anno fiscale 2010 raggiungono i 60 centesimi (GAAP); quelli per il Q4 equivalgono a 16 centesimi (GAAP) • Rispetto al Q4 dello scorso anno, i diritti per le licenze della soluzione Vantage crescono del 22%, il fatturato di Covisint cresce del 15%,i diritti per la licenza della soluzione Changepoint cresce del 7% • La divisione Web Performance di Compuware ottiene un fatturato di 20.9 milioni di dollari nel Q4 • Il fatturato globale per i prodotti, esclusi i prodotti fuori produzione, cresce del 10% rispetto al Q4 dell’anno precedente; cresce del 2% se inclusi anche i prodotti fuori produzione • Il margine operativo per i Professional services raggiunge il 14.7%, esclusa Covisint • Le previsioni dell’anno fiscale 2011 in corso stimano una crescita del fatturato, forte Earning per Share (EPS) e cash flow "Compuware executed a very successful transition year in FY 2010," said Compuware President and Chief Operating Officer Bob Paul. Fiscal Year 2010 Results During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010, revenues were $892.2 million, compared to $1.09 billion in the previous fiscal year. Net income was $140.8 million, compared to $139.6 million in fiscal 2009. Earnings per share were 60 cents, an increase of nine percent from 55 cents in fiscal 2009, based upon 234.6 million and 252.4 million shares outstanding, respectively. During fiscal 2010, software license fees were $194.5 million, and maintenance and subscription fees were $456.4 million. Professional services fees for fiscal 2010 were $241.3 million. Fourth Quarter Fiscal Year 2010 Results During the fourth quarter, revenues were $230 million, compared to $253.4 million in the fourth quarter last year. Net income was $37.4 million, compared to $48.4 million in Q4 last year. Earnings per share were 16 cents compared to 20 cents last year, based upon 228.7 million and 246.0 million shares outstanding, respectively. During the company’s fourth quarter, software license fees were $51.8 million compared to $50.3 million (excluding divested products) and $55.5 million (as reported) in the fourth quarter last year. Maintenance and subscription fees were $117.9 million in the fourth quarter compared to $104.0 million (excluding divested products) and $111.6 million (as reported) in the fourth quarter last year. Revenue from professional services in the fourth quarter was $60.3 million, compared to $86.3 million in the same quarter last year.
