È finita l’illuminazione a Led del grattacielo sede della Doha Bank. Ambra, bianco e blu sul lungomare più celebre e avveniristico del pianeta.
Un’idea “esagerata”, e diversamente, dato il contesto, non poteva essere. I tre colori della banca illuminano due facciate speculari: una linea portante, due dorsali, linee trasversali che uniscono le estremità della “D”. Tre ambiti differenti dove sperimentare e poi realizzare l’impianto, “particolarmente rilevante sul fronte illuminotecnico – spiega Diego Ambrosi, lighting designer di Disano Illuminazione – per i risultati e per le scelte tecniche. Tutti gli apparecchi sono collegati e gestiti grazie a un sofisticato sistema di cablaggio dedicato. Si volevano raggiungere effetti dinamici e di suggestione“.
Tre ambiti di intervento, differenti prodotti. Per la linea luminosa blu, che “sostiene” l’impianto e il disegno di facciata, la scelta è caduta su apparecchi Liset IP65 LED blu a fascio stretto. Lunghe prove di colore per l’illuminazione dinamica delle due dorsali, e alla fine un prodotto dedicato: una versione speciale del proiettore Disano Forum mutante 2000W FS, scelta e modificata su misura del contesto e dell’altezza dell’edificio. Infine, le linee trasversali illuminate con Microliset IP65 LED ambra Dimm DMX .

The LED lighting illumination of the skyscraper headquarters of the Doha Bank is finished. Amber, white and blue on the most famous and futuristic sea promenade on the planet.
An idea that was “extravagant” and, given the context, it could be no other. The three colours of the bank illuminate two mirror-image façades: a bearing line, two dorsal lines, transversal lines which unite the ends of the “D”. Three different fields to experiment with and then create the system, “One that is particularly relevant on the lighting technique front”, explains Diego Ambrosi, the lighting designer of Disano illuminazione, “both for the results and the technical choices. All the equipment is linked and managed thanks to a sophisticated, dedicated cabling system. It was intended to achieve dynamic and atmospheric effects”.
Three areas of intervention, different products. For the luminous blue line that “supports” the installation and the façade design, the choice fell on Liset IP65 Led Blue with narrow beam. Long trials of colour for the dynamic illumination of the two dorsals and in the end a dedicated product: a special version of the Disano Forum mutante 2000W FS spotlight selected and modified to fit the context and the height of the building. Finally, the illuminated cross lines were lighted by Microliset IP65 LED amber Dimm DMX.
