Laurini Officine Meccaniche launches the new Vulcano 2.0, designed with the new Laurini colors – green, gray and sand – that will characterize the company’s future production.
A few days ago, Laurini Officine Meccaniche celebrated another important achievement: the startup of a new Vulcano 2.0, namely the global best-seller screening machine. Vulcano 2.0 is the first machine that wore the new Laurini colors – green, gray and sandy – which will characterize the future production of the company. Vulcano is a vibrating screen set up on a trucked self-propelled undercarriage, remote controlled, with interchangeable screen grids and speed adjustable apron feeder. The side to side rear conveyor belt is retractable and foldable. These features together with the high reliability make Vulcano an extremely versatile machine. During the startup of the machine, that took place at the Metanodotto Cervignano Mortara next to Pavia, Vulcano has proved to be perfectly able to work, reaching high performances, even though the bad conditions of the moist soil. All these qualities allowed an excellent productivity of the machine of which 120 units have been sold. Nowadays there are 120 Vulcano’s units around the world: 34 in Italy, 35 in other countries of Europe, 18 in the United States, 24 in Mexico, 4 in South America and 5 in Australia. Vulcano is on the market since 2000, but it has constantly evolved in a customer-oriented perspective to satisfy all requests type, giving rise in 2017 to the Smart and XXL version.
